Konica Minolta Welcomes New Vice President, Dealer Sales South

Konica Minolta Business Solutions U.S.A., Inc. (Konica Minolta), is pleased to announce Phil Boatman has joined the company as Vice President, Dealer Sales South.

Phil Boatman was at Lexmark International for 16 years, most recently serving as Director for North America business development. He was responsible for leading critical alliance relationships and program strategy and incentives for all reseller segments. Boatman also led program initiatives including dealer and partner recruitment, dealer advisory board and dealer channel press relations.

Boatman joined Lexmark in 2004 as a senior worldwide product marketing manager, with responsibility for Lexmark’s A3 product portfolio. Boatman then launched the Lexmark copier dealer program in 2007, leading the Business Development team that built the program from inception.

Boatman also worked for nearly seven years at Xerox Corporation, starting as a color product specialist and eventually joining sales management. Boatman started his career in the office equipment industry with Danka in 1996. He holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Kansas.
