BPO Media had a chance to have a ringside seat at Impact Networking’s “Optimize” event in Chicago. The event included more than 1,000 attendees, more than 70 learning sessions and hands-on workshops, and 40 speakers including one shark — Robert Herjavec, and a white hat hacker known as “MafiaBoy.” There was also a robot with some dance floor moves.

Digital transformation was the name of the game. We left impressed.
