Blue Technologies Revamps Digital Presence

CHICAGO — Today, Clover Imaging Group released a case study documenting Blue Technologies’ inbound marketing results for the first six months following their new website launch in December 2018. Blue Technologies, an independent office equipment and managed services dealer headquartered in Ohio, worked with Amplify, Clover’s full-service marketing agency, to re-invent Blue Technologies’ online presence from its technology framework and marketing automation capabilities to its content strategy and search engine optimization.

Blue Technologies immediately benefited from the website overhaul. In just six months, they experienced massive website traffic increases, including unique blog post views up 550 percent and a 50 percent increase in the average time a user engages with the website. The precise search engine optimization strategy generated 49 percent growth in new contacts from organic search alone. Additionally, the website’s integration with HubSpot, a marketing automation tool, led to more than $300,000 in new business.

First, it rebuilt the website in WordPress, allowing Blue Technologies to easily update content and maintain the website through an intuitive backend dashboard. Clover also ensured the new website was built with an SEO-centric architecture, making it easy for search engines to crawl and for end users to navigate. Clover then integrated HubSpot, enabling Blue Technologies to effortlessly manage leads and communicate with customers.

Beyond the website framework, Clover’s Amplify team of marketing experts devised a comprehensive content plan. The idea: maintain a calendar of fresh content, designed to attract, inspire and engage customers and prospects at the right time in the buying cycle while showcasing Blue Technologies’ innovative solutions.
