The new Xerox WorkCentre 4265/X takes the top spot with the lowest TCO of $12,588.85, followed by the OKI Data MB770f MFP with a TCO of $13,105.23, the HP LaserJet Enterprise MFP M630f with a TCO of $14,138.44, and the Lexmark MX711de MFP with a TCO of $14,813.76.
The Xerox WorkCentre 4265/X maintains the lowest TCO at AMPVs above 4,000 up to its monthly duty cycle and at any length of ownership more than three years. In printing environments at or lower than those parameters the OKI Data MB770f MFP takes the lowest TCO.?
The Xerox WorkCentre 4265/X, OKI Data MB770f MFP, and HP LaserJet Enterprise MFP M630f all offer a hard disk drive (HDD) as a standard feature while the Lexmark MX711de MFP offers a HDD as an optional upgrade. The Xerox WorkCentre 4265/X offers the highest HDD capacity at 320GB, followed by the HP LaserJet Enterprise MFP M630f with 200GB, and the OKI Data MB770f MFP with 160GB.?
All of the products are Energy Star compliant and offer a touch screen display of seven or more inches, while none of the products offer Wi-Fi as a standard feature.
